If you are not satisfied with a paid subscription within 30 days of your initial purchase, contact us for a full refund. No questions asked.
Free Trial
All premium plans include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be billed.
Recurring Subscriptions
After 30 days, recurring subscription charges are non-refundable. You may cancel anytime to prevent future charges; you will keep access through the end of your current billing period.
Lifetime Purchases
Lifetime purchases are eligible for a 30-day refund from the original purchase date.
How to Request a Refund
Email privacy@clearptech.com with your account email and order details. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
