1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using This Is What They Want (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to create an organizer account. The Service is intended for adults managing wish lists for themselves and their families or groups, including minor children with verifiable parental consent.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service in violation of laws, to harass others, to upload illegal or harmful content, to attempt to circumvent security, or to misuse the platform. See the full Acceptable Use Policy.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel anytime. Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy, which includes a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
6. Content Ownership
You retain all rights to the content you upload (wish list items, photos, member information). You grant us a limited license to host and display that content for the purpose of operating the Service.
7. Service Availability
We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance and updates that temporarily affect availability.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
9. Disclaimers & Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
